UIIC AO Notification 2026
UIIC is inviting eligible candidates for AO Scale I posts across India. A candidate may apply for either Generalist or Hindi Officer, not both. Vacancies are provisional. The notification also notes that vacancies are substantially in Western and Southern zones, with selected candidates likely to be posted mostly there initially.

Educational Qualification
Generalists
Graduate Degree or Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks; 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates, in either degree examination.
Hindi Officers
Master's Degree in Hindi/English or another subject with the prescribed Hindi-English subject/medium combination at degree level, with minimum 60% marks; 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Age Limit & Relaxation
Minimum age is 21 years and maximum age is 30 years. Candidates must have been born between 30 June 1996 and 30 June 2005, both dates inclusive.

Probation, Bond & Posting
Selected candidates may be appointed on one-year probation, extendable at UIIC's discretion, and must pass the non-life Licentiate Examination for confirmation. Before joining, candidates must undertake to serve the company for a minimum of five years including probation. Early resignation can attract liquidated damages as specified in the notification, plus ₹35,000 towards onboarding and integration cost.
